IMPORTANT NOTICE: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ph464 ("ph464", "we", "us", "our", "Company", "Operator") governing your access to and use of the ph464 website, mobile applications, and all gaming services provided through the ph464 platform (collectively, the "Service" or "Platform").

3.3. Account Transfer: Your ph464 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or otherwise conveyed to any other person or entity under any circumstances. Any attempt to transfer your account will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods: ph464 accepts deposits through various payment methods as displayed on the Platform, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers, and other electronic payment systems. All transactions must be conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified.

4.2. Deposit Requirements: You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in funds being returned and account suspension. 9.2. Termination by ph464: ph464 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Reasons for account termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete verification procedures, chargebacks, or any activity that ph464 deems detrimental to the integrity of the Platform.

9.3. Effects of Termination: Upon termination of your account, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. ph464 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance if the account was terminated due to violation of these Terms or fraudulent activity. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to limitations of liability, indemnification obligations, and dispute resolution provisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. Disclaimer of Warranties: The ph464 platform and all services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. ph464 does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

10.2. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ph464 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Service, even if ph464 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.3. Maximum Liability: In no event shall ph464's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount of funds deposited into your ph464 account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

10.4. Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge and agree that online gaming involves risk and that you may lose money. You assume all risks associated with your gaming activities on the ph464 platform and agree that ph464 shall not be liable for any losses incurred through your gaming activities.
